Apartment Interest
Quantum Property Syndicate No 16 ARSN 119-871-091

This investment would suit an investor looking for long-term income and capital appreciation. Taxation benefits in the form of delayed capital gains tax and negative gearing will benefit this type of investment.
The forecast reduction in the overall price of a Standard Apartment compared to a typical apartment in the same location is expected to be approximately 20% on current prices. This is based on a typical apartment and will be finalised in the PDS.
By purchasing an Apartment Interest, an Investor will secure an apartment that can be professionally managed (please refer to the PDS).

Development Interest
via the Quantum Property and Opportunity Fund ARSN 118-319-365

The Development Interest will be via an investment in the Quantum Property & Opportunity Fund. This Fund will target development investments that forecast at least 15% pa return on investment with a fixed quarterly income support paid at 7.5% pa (please refer to this PDS).
In effect each investor will become a developer in the project (and other similar projects) in which Quantum will manage their investment under the Fund.
